Erin Larsen

Co-Director of New River Yoga Festival

Erin moved to Fayetteville, WV with a dream in tow of co-creating a space that allowed for conscious awareness and growth. The mountains of West Virginia have always felt like an incubator for healing, a safe-haven for slowing down and resting. Being a holistic health coach, Thai yoga body-worker and yoga instructor as well, her passion is allowing space for others to heal while exploring the web of emotions that can lead us to joy or suffering, depending on the path we choose.

Erin has completed teacher trainings in Ashtanga yoga with Blue Ridge School of Yoga and Massage in Blacksburg, VA, Pranavashya Yoga in Mysore, India with a focus on Yoga Therapy and currently studies with Tias and Surya Little of Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, NM. Her desire for growth and learning is never satiated, which allows her to fulfill her other passion for life, travel and adventure.

The New River Gorge fulfills her need for outdoor adventure with its plethora of rocks to climb, rivers to paddle and trails to bike and run with her pups, as well as a community devoted to protecting their best resources and creating meaningful connections in the process. We welcome you with open arms.

Kelsey Regan

Co-director of New River Yoga Festival

Kelsey began her yoga journey like many others, as a way to cope with the stress of every day life and stay fit while doing it.  After growing up a competitive figure skater, yoga also offered a way to express and move in a similar way. After about five years of practice, she completed her 200-hour teacher training with Samyak Yoga out of Mysore, India.

She travel quite a bit over the course of 3 years and eventually settled and found a home in the New River River Gorge area. Ever since visiting this area as a tourist herself, she has been awed by people, their wisdom, spirit for adventure, experiences and their willingness to share all of it with the community. Since moving here, she had a vision of sharing this with as many people as possible.  This year she hopes that this festival will be the start of something much larger. Together, we will grow, learn, empower, and thrive.
